Richard Rockhold, our owner is a member of the Community Associations Institute, holding the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation. These credentials require continuing educational development and are administered by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). They are the only national certification programs exclusively for managers of homeowners and condominium associations and ensures that we provide the best possible service to your association. He also holds a Certified Pool/Spa Operators (CPO) license.
Aspen Property Management employs only bondable personnel. We have liability insurance of $1 million dollars and are happy to name you as an additional insured if necessary. We also conduct a back ground check on our employees. We strive to make your vacation home experience worry free.
