Customized Property Inspections
This service is the heart of our business and where we take great pride. Based on our extensive checklist which we will customize to your property, we will perform a meticulous visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your home weekly or as often as you deem necessary. Leaving your home to us will make your investment more secure and you will be assured that your vacation home is getting the very best care.
Arrival Prep and Departure Service
Want to arrive at your home that is warm, well lit and inviting? Want the refrigerator and bar stocked on your arrival, hot tub set to your desired temperature? Just ask. All that’s left for you to do is come in and enjoy! And don’t worry about making the beds after you leave, we’ll clean-up after your departure. Dishes washed, beds made, dispose of perishables. We’ll reset the temps on the furnace/AC, water heater and hot tub. We’ll even set out and retrieve the garbage and recycle bins for you. Everything neat and tidy for your next visit. What else don’t you have time to do?
Home Maintenance
Let us take care of the many mundane chores involved with home ownership. From window washing to changing light bulbs to deck washing and sealing, we can take care of it all. Many of the minor problems or maintenance items that might arise in your home will be taken care of by our own personnel. With our maintenance and construction related experience you can count on quality, professional work at a fair price. Other maintenance items or emergencies that require a licensed professional will be delegated to reliable and cost effective contractors that we have developed a strong working relationship with. We will coordinate annual inspections of heating and cooling systems, fire sprinkler systems and other systems you may have that require scheduled service.
Spa Maintenance
Having a hot tub to enjoy after a long day playing in Park City in one of life’s great pleasures. We will make sure your hot tub is clean, warm and operational so you can enjoy it to the fullest during your stay. This would include checking and maintaining chemical balance, maintaining water level and checking operation to insure proper function. We will drain and refill as scheduled or as desired.
Lawn and Landscape Maintenance
We use experienced professionals who have the proper equipment to handle routine mowing and edging to small makeovers to complete landscape installations. Whether a small yard or sprawling mountain estate our providers can handle all of your landscaping and irrigation needs. Fees are based on the size of the property and scope of work provided. Services can be one time, weekly, monthly or seasonal.
Snow Removal
Snow and ice dam removal for driveways, decks, walkways and roofs. Our snow removal providers are professional, responsive and courteous. Our goal is for our plow operators to only move snow, not part of your expensive landscaping or rockwork.
House Cleaning
Spotless and ready for your arrival. Thorough doesn’t begin to describe our bonded and insured cleaning professionals. We can detail ranges and refrigerators, scrub floors, hand polish furniture, wipe down baseboards, and much, much more. We can customize our broad range of services to meet your exact needs, from special occasion and seasonal deep cleanings to professional carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
Concierge Services
We can provide or arrange many hard to find professionals and service personnel for your next visit. Need a private chef, kitchen help, driver, guide, masseuse or other professional? Let our extensive knowledge of the area’s best professionals make your next visit full of activities you came so far to enjoy. If you can dream it, we will provide it.
Project Management / Subcontractors
Aspen Property Mgt. will arrange to meet any contractors at your home and if you request we can remain until the work is done. We have relationships with the most reliable local contractors. We will schedule, provide access to, and oversee all work to ensure completion of the project in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.
Vehicle Service/Airport Transfers
From oil changes to registration to installing winter tires, don’t give your vehicles a second thought when you leave them in our care. If you’re not going to be back for an extended period we can even drive them around the block a few times to keep everything charged and in working order. And if you need your vehicle dropped off at the airport for your arrival or picked up after you’ve left, were on it, or we can be your driver in your own vehicle to pick you up and drop you off at the airport.
Home Leak Detection and Temperature Monitoring Equipment
We can install and monitor leak detection and temperature monitoring equipment. Even with weekly monitoring if a leak should occur or if a heating system malfunctions in the winter causing pipes to freeze it only takes minutes for damage to begin, and if the problem goes undetected for hours or even days the damage could be $10s of thousands of dollars. For peace of mind let us install equipment that will shut off the water and notify us immediately of a leak or temperature problem in your home.
